On Saturday, October 20th, the 158th Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of California passed the Resolution on the Ethnic and Strategic Ministries Strategic Plan.
Presented during Convention is an initial draft of the plan, provided below in PDF format. This draft is now in the hands of the Department of Mission for further adaptation and implementation.
